FixRank Resources · Case Studies

Real websites. Real findings. Real outcomes.

See how FixRank turns search intelligence into prioritized action — with evidence you can inspect.

Case Studies

We're documenting the first FixRank outcomes now.

We'll publish case studies only when there is enough real evidence to show what changed, what was done, and what can reasonably be attributed to the work.

No manufactured success stories. No invented percentages.

Structure

What every FixRank case study will contain

One consistent format, so each case can be read as evidence rather than marketing.

  • 01

    The challenge

What was wrong, why it mattered, what the team already knew — and what was still unclear.

  • 02

    What FixRank found

The findings that came out of the real analysis: crawlability, indexation, technical issues, content and semantic gaps, linking opportunities, Google and AI visibility.

  • 03

    What mattered first

How findings were prioritized into critical issues, high-impact opportunities and supporting improvements.

  • 04

    What was changed

The work actually performed — each item labelled IMPLEMENTED or RECOMMENDED, never blurred together.

  • 05

    What happened next

Measured outcomes with baseline period, comparison period and data source stated alongside every number.

  • 06

    What we learned

Two to four practical insights drawn from that specific case — no generic filler.

Evidence

What a case study is based on

Each published case will name the sources behind it. Only sources actually used are listed — and every metric carries its baseline period, comparison period and data source.

  • FixRank audit and report output
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Analytics
  • Platform screenshots
  • Implementation logs
  • Customer confirmation
Observed

A captured citation, mention, source link or referral — directly recorded evidence.

Model-estimated

Inferred or simulated visibility. Never merged into an observed metric without explanation.

Quality bar

What has to be true before we publish

  • A clear, documented problem
  • Real FixRank findings from the actual analysis
  • Action that was genuinely taken
  • A defined measurement period
  • Evidence a reader can inspect
  • A meaningful, transferable lesson

Running an audit isn't a case study. Results that don't clear this bar stay internal.

Attribution

How we talk about results

Search performance moves with seasonality, algorithm updates, demand shifts, competitor activity and other changes on the site. So we describe what happened after the work, rather than claiming sole credit for it.

We write

“After the changes were implemented, organic clicks increased by X% (Search Console, 28 days before vs 28 days after).”

We don't write

“FixRank increased organic clicks by X%.”

Where a customer can't be named, the case is published anonymized and clearly labelled as such — for example, “B2B SaaS company · United Kingdom”. The underlying evidence is still real.
